01

What the production needed.

Build and run the local production infrastructure for a concentrated press and EPK day involving the host, finalists, visiting entertainment and news outlets, and a Netflix-supported podcast.

02

Where the day could break.

The entire operation had to load in, light, wire, record, manage talent and visiting teams, and wrap within one approximately fifteen-hour day. The location offered limited rigging flexibility, while the schedule required several distinct interview and reality-format setups.

03

Turning the plan into a working set.

KFS planned the local crew, camera, audio, grip, lighting, production support, equipment and location workflow. Peter and the participating talent remained wired throughout the active portions of the day, with Tentacle Sync supporting consistent timecode across the capture system.

04

What left the production.

The production completed interviews, podcast material, press coverage and reality-format segments in one day. At wrap, eleven cards were transferred to three hard drives: one delivered directly to the Netflix producer and two shipped overnight to Los Angeles.
